The Nesharim Future Sale concept offers a unique opportunity to sell stock and enjoy a future revenue share in case of a successful exit (M&A, IPO).

Under the Future Sale model, Nesharim provides financing secured by equity combined with a future profit-share prospect for the future-seller. Financing is given according to the value of the stock sold and carries approximately 6% annual interest (compounded monthly) until the exit transaction. At the exit Farsight ensures that the future-seller enjoys up to one third of the profit gained on sold stock.
