Invetment Principles

We provide financing secured by employee/founder shares (and only by the shares, no personal guarantee required)Our financing is being given to 5 years or until exitIf there is no exit upon 5 years, the employee/founder is not required to return the money but only the shares as agreedUpon successful exit, we get the shares but share with the employee/founder some of the exit profit (usually 1/3 of the upside)We target to buy up to 20% from employee/founder sharesWe target only large, stable and promising companies with exit horizonWe aim to work with the companies and serve as a financing tool to incentivize senior people in the companies to enjoy financing today without any risk.
